Koken on Ohio

The Koken on Ohio is Phase 2 of our development and construction of the former Koken Barber Company’s complex in Fox Park. As General Contractor, Architect, Developer, and historic tax credit consultant, we brought new life to this delapidated and under-utilized property, adding new residents and enhancing the vibrancy, safety, and standard of quality to this area of the City.

In addition to 65 apartment units, the project includes an additional 14 artist studios for an added layer of life, design, and community to Fox Park.
