Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Capriotti’s chose Blackline to build their first ever location in the St. Louis area. Working with the Client, we helped them navigate their lease negotiations to determine differentiators between the landlord and tenant scopes of work, as well as the municipality’s permitting process. All of the hard work paid off with an on-time and on-budget opening. We are thrilled for Capriotti’s and look forward to working them on further expansion projects in the region.
